This strip was drawn during a recording session for Red Roses and Dead Things, when I was deathly ill and hopped up on cold meds. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

Anyway, as was established in strip #6, "Spider Powers," Rand is, in fact, actually Spider-Man. And if Vixy wants to pretend that all you'd do with superpowers is rescue cookies, well, more power to her. (Sadly, I'm reasonably sure there's going to wind up being another follow-up strip. This is totally becoming my oeuvre.)

Inking this strip was psycho-fun. And not just because it allowed me to use the Sharpie. Mmmmmmm, the Sharpie.
